Hello!
Hi, I'm Annie, a doctor, health and life coach, mother of four children, and super keen runner. I am driven by the belief that life doesn't stop when you have children - quite the opposite! Since becoming a mother, I have made it a priority, despite all the demands on my time, to be taking care of my own physical and mental wellbeing, as well as striving for bigger and scarier dreams and goals. I believe we can do this, alongside being awesome parents, and leading by example.
That is why I created 'The Life Hub 360'. To inspire, teach, guide and practically help parents reach their health and wellbeing goals, as well as empower them to think big for their own life, whilst bossing their role as a parent.
Taking a 360 view is crucially important in order to make lasting change, especially for parents (who usually have so much on their plates!) To do this, I often have experts in other domains, help with coaching and talks, such as personal trainers, mindset coaches and sleep experts. I am invested in problem-solving with clients, alongside provided teachings and information, so they come away with practical realistic solutions to their problems.
Most importantly I seek to empower people to make lasting change, and feel bloomin' fantastic whilst doing it!
